Once a quotation has been arranged a site survey is required. One of our team will visit you to find out your tastes and requirements because every client and every bathroom, en-suite or cloakroom is different. We will take measurements and survey pipework to aid in the design process. Time will be taken to evaluate the hot and cold water systems in your home to advise you on the right fixtures and fittings for you new bathroom, en-suite or cloakroom.
We have a full team of fully qualified tradesmen covering every trade to deliver a complete service from start to finish taking away the stress of organising the project.
Once all the information we need has been collected a quotation will be sent via post or email which ever is most convenient.
Our CAD Design
At Younger Smith Ltd we are continually investing in new ways to give our clients the best experience we can. We have software that can provide extremely high definition cad images and drawings to help you see and get a feel of what the finished product will look.
Using this software we can show you in extreme detail how your bathroom, en-suite or cloakroom will look and give you a feel of space in the room before the project has even begun.

We install your dream
When installation commences we endeavour to keep disruption to a minimum, making sure that we are tidy and respectful of our clients property. Our team will be on hand every minute even for those last minute alterations, Making sure our clients remain stress free throughout.
We ensure to keep our clients up to date with our progress throughout & work with our client to provide the bathroom, en-suite or cloakroom they desire.
